Jonathan is growing up

Don't I look good in mummy's slippers

I play with all the parts of my lego set

Jonathan has a new friend

I think I must have the cleverest little brother out there - this week he has started grasping onto his toys and kicking at them in his play gym. He has also worked out how to rotate through 180 degrees whilst in his gym. I think he's practising so he can play with Lego with me and mummy soon. I love my lego and play with it every day - often several times!! Generally I build cars and then mummy and I drive them to each other. Its great fun so I can understand Jonathan wanting to join in. He has also grown out of his baby bath now, so we have a conveyor belt system at bathtime - first daddy and Jonathan and then Jonathan goes to mummy for dressing and I hop in. Hopefully Jonathan and I will be able to bath together soon, but mummy and daddy say Jonathan has to learn to sit by himself first.

Yesterday (thursday) Jonathan was 3 months old, and I was 23 months. This meant we had to take Jonathan for a check-up and jabs... I am teaching Jonathan to be as brave as me (we have to be, because mummy is a bit of a woos when it comes to us having jabs... I haven't worked out how it can hurt her that someone is sticking a needle in me, but it obviously does!) and he did me proud!! I can also report that he now weighs 6kg and is 64cm long. He is still growing a centimetre per week!!! If he carries on like this for much longer, I'll be wearing his hand-me-downs soon! Better eat a bit more to try to keep ahead (After all, I am the BIG brother!).
